Plastics Machinery Inc. ships across Canada and offers international shipping on request.
Shipping Methods
- Small Parts & Accessories – Shipped via FEDEX.
- Training Materials & Clariprod Components – Standard ground shipping
- Injection Molding Machines & Large Equipment – Arranged via trusted freight carriers (LTL or full truckload)
Shipping Costs
- Small items: Calculated at checkout
- Large machinery & equipment: Quoted individually based on destination, weight, and dimensions
- We will provide a shipping quote before finalizing any large order
Delivery Times
- In-stock small parts: 1–5 business days
- Large equipment: 2–6 weeks (depending on machine model and freight availability and curent stock)
- Training programs: Immediate access for online courses
Freight Shipping Notes All large machinery is shipped FOB Origin unless otherwise arranged. You are responsible for unloading the equipment at your facility.
Returns & Warranty Policy
Returns Due to the specialized nature of our equipment, returns are accepted only with prior approval and are subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Restocking fee of 15–25% may apply (depending on item condition and reason for return)
- Machines and large equipment are generally non-returnable once installed
Warranty
- New LS Mtron machines: Manufacturer’s standard warranty (typically 1–2 years)
- Clariprod systems: 1-year limited warranty
- All other products: 30–90 days depending on the item
Exclusions Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.
