PMI, in partnership with Routsis Training and LS Mtron IMM, presents our flagship Two-Day Processor Pro Training — an intensive, hands-on program designed for plastic injection molding processors, technicians, and production supervisors.
This training takes place at our state-of-the-art Tech Center in Newmarket, Ontario.
What You Will Learn:
- Advanced process optimization techniques
- Scientific molding principles
- Material drying and handling best practices
- Troubleshooting common molding defects
- Machine setup and calibration
- Process monitoring and data analysis
- Hands-on machine time with experienced instructors
Training Details:
- Duration: 2 Full Days (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
- Location: PMI Tech Center, Newmarket, Ontario
- Class Size: Maximum 6 participants per class
- Format: Open to both individuals and groups
- Mixed Classes: Classes may include participants from different companies and experience levels to maximize everyone’s learning experience through shared knowledge and diverse perspectives
- Prerequisite: Participants must complete the online pre-training module before attending the in-person event
- Includes: All training materials and lunch for both days
